• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next available business day.
• You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping destinations

We ship only where our products are permitted. Shipping eligibility can vary by product type and destination. If checkout does not allow shipping to your address, that product may not be available in your location.

Under our current shipping guidelines, THCA products cannot be shipped to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, or Rhode Island. Additional restrictions may apply by product type, carrier rule, or changes in state law.

Shipping costs and timing

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free-shipping offer applies.
• Domestic standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after carrier pickup.
• Carrier delays can happen during high-volume periods, weather events, or service interruptions.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the packaging and items.
• If tracking shows a serious delay or a lost package, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate.

Returns and exchanges
