  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Standard: 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • Domestic Express: 2-3 business days.

Tracking & Notifications

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
  • You can track your order directly from our site via the “Order Status” page or using the provided tracking link in your email.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Chef Matt Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours—include photos of the packaging and items—and we’ll assist with your claim.
  • For lost or severely delayed packages, please reach out with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Spoiled, damaged, or incorrect shipments should be reported within 7 days of receipt for resolution options.

THCA products can not be shipped to the following States per our guidelines. Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
