Can You Bake With Nano THC Powder? Chef Matt's 350°F Rule

Short answer: yes. Brownies, cookies and cheesecake all work beautifully with nano THC powder. You just need to respect heat.

Why heat matters

THC breaks down at high temperatures, and long exposure makes it worse. The good news: nano powder is already activated, so it needs no heat at all. Your oven is only there to bake the food — not to "activate" anything.

The 350°F rule

Keep the oven at or below 350°F (177°C), the limit for Chef Matt's nano ingredient. A brownie's center stays far cooler than the oven air, which is why baking works. If a recipe calls for 375°F or higher, lower the oven and bake a little longer.

Where to add the dose

• Into the wet ingredients, never the flour. Whisk the powder into the milk, cream or cooled melted butter first.
• Mix a full minute before the dry ingredients go in. Batters are thick, and thick foods hide uneven spots.
• Portion precisely. Cut bars with a ruler, scoop cookies by weight, mark cheesecake slices before cutting.
