Pebble Pop: Chef Matt's Fruity THC Cereal, Explained
Pebble Pop is fruity crisp cereal: tiny, crunchy, loud-colored bites. It's also one of the hardest cereals to infuse well, because there's so little surface on each piece. Get it wrong and you get soggy spots or uneven bites. Get it right and it just tastes like the cereal you remember.
That's the whole idea behind everything I make. The food has to be good first. The THC is an ingredient, not an excuse.
Why a crisp cereal makes a good edible
Small pieces make it easy to portion. You can measure a serving instead of eyeballing it, and a sealed bag keeps it fresh without refrigeration.
A chef's serving ideas
- Dry, by the handful, as a snack
- In a bowl with cold milk
- As a crunchy topping on ice cream, yogurt, or a smoothie bowl. Count it toward your serving.
Before you dig in
Each package contains 100 mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC. That's several servings for most people. Start small and wait before having more. 21+ only.
